Urban Decay is Here!

The fourth annual "Urban Decay" show is finally at the Workhouse at Lorton, one of the very best art shows around. The opening reception will be June 8th from 5-11 PM and it will be rockin! The show hangs from June 1 to July 28th but you really should go early because many, many things sell. I am not personally in this show, but consider one of the most happening things around. The Workhouse hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 7:00 and Sundays, 12:00 to 5:00.

I have been working on a new series of cards and they will be in the Workhouse gift shop. I am calling it my turquoise series which includes a new sea series. Here are some samples:

These are sewn, stamped, inked, embossed and adorned with the occasional French knot. I also have 4 pieces hanging in Studio 902. So if you visit, spend some time looking around.
